Trauma-informed practices in decision-making training (UQ staff)

This training is to understand how to implement trauma-informed practices and approaches into decision-making processes, with an emphasis on gender-based violence. 

Outcomes: 

• Expand knowledge of the societal issues of gender-based violence, including the drivers of gender-based violence and sexual misconduct.
• Expand knowledge of gender-based violence within the UQ context
• Increase knowledge and understanding of the impact of gender-based violence on disclosers and respondents
• Encourage reflection about internal biases about these societal issues 
• Raise awareness about how internal biases can influence decision-making
